1. Acceptance
By subscribing to and using any API provided by Cerily via the RapidAPI Hub or any other vendor or marketplace , you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the API.
2. Service Description
Cerily provides API-based tools for commerce, logistics, and related domains. APIs are accessed through RapidAPI's platform under the subscription plan you select.
3. Fair Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our services.
- Use the API to build a directly competing product.
- Resell or sublicense access to the API without written permission.
- Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.
4. Rate Limits and Quotas
Each subscription plan includes defined rate limits and monthly quotas. Exceeding quotas may result in overage charges or temporary request rejection (HTTP 429). Plan limits are displayed on the RapidAPI listing page.
5. Data
We do not store, log, or retain your request payloads beyond what is necessary for transient request processing and error diagnosis. We do not use your data for training or improvement of our models. RapidAPI may log request metadata (timestamps, status codes) for billing and analytics — see RapidAPI's privacy policy for details.
6. No Warranty
The API is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that results will be accurate, complete, or error-free. You are responsible for verifying API output before acting on it.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cerily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the API. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via RapidAPI or the email associated with your subscription.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through RapidAPI. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
